DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor. Key Accounts in Melbourne or Sydney.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible to support the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets through RFQ support and taking direct customer enquiries. You will also be resolving all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction.

**Yor typical day at DSV**:

- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets
- Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
- Creation of quotations and updating to Client Rates in CargoWise
- Supporting implementation, in line with company blueprint
- Collecting, analysing, evaluating, and accounting the information to increase productivity of sales
- Liaising with overseas DSV offices and local procurement teams to obtain pricing
- Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance and provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability
- Respond to new business spot quotes requests as required
- Be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Ensures quotations are created in Cargowise and Client rates are managed for autorating.

**About You**:

- Experience in either a Operational or Customer Service focused role in the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Experience with software solutions and large, complex organisations
- Extensive experience in all aspects of global logistics, sales processes and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
