Job Overview

DSV Air & Sea is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Advisor, Key Accounts in Melbourne or Sydney to support the Sales & Key accounts team – developing & maintaining relationships, account development and contributing to the overall profitability of DSV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the KAM to prepare customer proposals to assigned key accounts or potential accounts
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis
  • Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
  • Support the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets through RFQ support
  • Collect, analyse, evaluate, and account the information to increase productivity of sales
  • Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development
  • Support implementation, in line with company blueprint
  • Collect, analyse, evaluate, and account the information to increase productivity of sales
  • Monitor the trends and evaluate the performance and provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability
  • Attend QBR's with KAM's
  • Respond to new business spot quotes requests as required
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in international freight forwarding, sales coordination, sales processes. Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics & requirements. Knowledge of Key Accounts and development.
