**OVERVIEW**
Ultimately, this role will own and manage our recruitment strategy and process to ensure we’re set up to hire the best talent to meet our company’s current and future needs.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Advertise vacancies on LinkedIn, SEEK, other social media and platforms
- Build talent pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK for high priority open roles
- Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes
- Interacting with internal stakeholders and supporting other people and culture functions from time to time
**Specific Attributes, Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Team player with a proactive and hard working attitude
- Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures
- Genuine interest in Video Games
