About the Company

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join a Boutique Law firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.

The firm offers a down to earth, friendly culture and an environment that fosters development and growth.

About the Role

The role is suited to a well presented junior with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a reception or admin role.

Answering phones;
Greeting clients, serving refreshments;
Running errands such as, running up to court, delivering briefs to barristers;
Meeting room maintenance including booking and managing meeting rooms for partners and lawyers;
Distributing daily mail and assisting with courier bookings and deliveries;
Partner's general administrative tasks. (eg. booking lunches and meeting rooms);
Organise and diarising internal lunches;
Assist with all events and event planning;
Assist the office manager and admin team;
Order and maintain stationery;
Order and maintain kitchen stock;
Tidy the meeting rooms at the beginning and end of each day; and

Assist admin team when necessary.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels;
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
Professional appearance and demeanour, with a friendly and approachable attitude;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work;
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism; and
