A Receptionist plays an invaluable role in creating the first impression for valued clients and guests. As the front-line ambassador, you’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the warm smile at the door, and the organisational backbone that keeps the office running smoothly. You are someone who excels in communication, has a natural flair for hospitality, and possesses exceptional organisational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Your ability to convey warmth and professionalism is key. You will need to be comfortable with basic office software and phone systems. Tech-savvy receptionists will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring a smooth flow of activities and optimal use of resources
- Provide essential administrative assistance, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and assisting with basic clerical tasks
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for everyone entering the office
- Provide refreshments for guests and team as and when required
