About the Company

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join a specialist Law firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of this well-regarded Law firm. You will join the firms brand new offices in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner, ensuring a friendly and inviting reception area.

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information or redirecting calls, as necessary.

Maintain a neat and organised reception area, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment.

Assist with events.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly set up with necessary equipment and resources.Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and demeanour, with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism.
