Part Time Administration Officer

Zuccala Homes is a South Morang based residential building company with over 60 years experience in the industry and is currently seeking a part time Administration Officer.
The role will be primarily involved in assisting in the companies maintenance coordination and will include the following duties:
- liaising with customers regarding maintenance issues,
- recording and monitoring maintenance requests,
- liaising with trades and suppliers,
- preparing weekly maintenance reports.
Ideally the successful applicant have at least 3 years experience in maintenance coordination\customer service within the building industry with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential.
This is a 20 hour per week, 12 month contract position with the potential for further extensions. The position also allows for a combination of working from home and office.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
