
Ndis Administration Officer

An exciting new opportunity for an efficient and dynamic administrator to join our thriving community health organisation and work within a truly supportive and valued based culture. As the HR administrator you will provide day to day administration, date entry and coordination support to the HR team across the employee lifecycle including; recruitment, employee on and off boarding, reporting to the Senior Manager. This role offers flexibility to work 3 days across the week.
**What you will be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Maintain HR electronic employee personnel filing in an efficient and timely manner
- Produce reports and process the credentialing renewals of current employees including: Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, AHPRA Registrations
- Coordinate the probationary period review documentation, including reminders to managers and successful completion letters
- Produce monthly casual conversion reports, notify managers and administer letters as required
- Ensure data entry is completed
- Assist with obtaining reporting data, statistics and trends
- Review HR electronic employee personnel files to ensure _Quality _and auditing requirements are maintained

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Experience in providing administrative support
- Willingness to learn new software systems or previous knowledge of Shiftcare / Payroll software and recruitment systems desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and work independently
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
