We are recruiting for a Team Administrator to provide administrative and corporate compliance support to our team of business advisory accountants.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Providing administration support to the Business Advisory team including collation of client income tax returns, financial statements, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and preparation of invoices etc.
- Corporate compliance documentation including preparation and lodgement of all ASIC forms using NowInfinity
- General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Processing documents from the ATO
- Liaising with clients and the ATO/ASIC in relation to their affairs
- Scanning of documents and files
- On occasion, support with reception duties
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant administration experience (experience in a public accountancy firm is extremely desirable)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to multi-task, exercise initiative and discretion
- Able to work independently and as an effective team player
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be highly trustworthy
- Hold a current driver’s licence

Experience with Xero XPM and NowInfinity would be an advantage.
