We are recruiting for a Team Administrator to provide administrative and corporate compliance support to our team of business advisory accountants.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing administration support to the Business Advisory team including collation of client income tax returns, financial statements, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and preparation of invoices etc.
  • Corporate compliance documentation including preparation and lodgement of all ASIC forms using NowInfinity
  • General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Processing documents from the ATO
  • Liaising with clients and the ATO/ASIC in relation to their affairs
  • Scanning of documents and files
  • On occasion, support with reception duties
  • Have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant administration experience (experience in a public accountancy firm is extremely desirable)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to multitask, exercise initiative and discretion
  • Able to work independently and as an effective team player
  • Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be highly trustworthy
  • Hold a current driver's licence
Experience with Xero XPM and NowInfinity would be an advantage.
