This enables our team of over 85 staff to deliver services in the areas of audit & assurance, business advisory, wealth advisory, personal taxation and superannuation, as well as business, taxation and not-for-profit advisory and consulting.

The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding corporate compliance services to our clients and administrative support to our team of business advisory accountants to **empower** them to service our clients.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Management of our corporate compliance including preparation, lodgement and management of all ASIC compliance obligations for the firm using NowInfinity
- Providing administration support to the Business Advisory team including collation of client income tax returns, financial statements, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and preparation of invoices and other various documents
- General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Managing calendars and appointments for staff
- Processing documents from the ATO
- Liaising with clients and the ATO/ASIC in relation to their affairs
- Scanning of documents and files
- On occasion, support with reception duties
- Have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant administration experience (experience in a public accountancy firm is extremely desirable)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, exercise initiative and discretion
- Able to work independently and as an effective team player
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be highly trustworthy
- Hold a current driver’s licence

Experience with Xero XPM and NowInfinity would be an advantage.
