As a leader in the Civil Construction Industry, the Precision Hydro Excavations team has continuously invested in high quality equipment, are proud to have one of the most reliable solutions for excavation and environmental waste management in Victoria.
**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting role available for an experienced and ambitious Sales Representative who has a passion working in sales and closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for outbound customer prospecting and connecting our target market to building our client list and canvassing new opportunities. As well as identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers in the civil construction sector. You will also be able to understand the client’s needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.
**You will be Responsible for**:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base (prospecting and cold-calling potential clients)
- Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and providing solutions
- Preparing weekly/ monthly reports whilst maintaining KPI’s and targets
- Providing sales presentations/pitches to a range of prospective clients
- Maintaining customer information on the CRM/ database
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and get out and chase sales. Experience within the industry is not essential
- A passion for sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Superior selling and negotiating ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Great attention to detail and an action orientated approach
**The successful applicant**:
- Must love sales
- Is experienced in negotiating with external stakeholders
- Has proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Have an excellent work ethic and is self-driven
- Possess a high attention to detail and is process driven
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently with mínimal supervision
