Customer Engagement Associate

As a key member of our Customer Engagement Centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all business units. Reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing superior customer service, prioritizing the customer experience at all times
  • Engaging with customer enquiries via various channels, including telephone, email, and online platforms
  • Building rapport with customers to provide personalized service and support
  • Assisting existing customers throughout their building journey
  • Ensuring best practice customer experience initiatives are aligned with company policies and values
  • Utilizing CRM systems to capture leads, schedule tasks, and send communications
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders through open and interactive communication
  • Achieving personal and team KPI targets

Requirements:
  • Highly developed communication skills, including authentic and collaborative interactions with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain trust
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Organisational awareness and ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service role
