Administration Clerk
**permanent** after 13 weeks if they can demonstrate that they are reliable, punctual, diligent, can perform the role effectively, be a good face of the company and get along well with others.
**Duties Include**:
Invoice processing - Receivables/payables through Xero software
Reconciliation of stock
Timeslots for transportation requirements
Other general admin i.e. Scanning of POD's
Assistance with rostering
Professional and presentable person who can communicate with a diverse range of people
Sound English communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised
**Hours: P/T 6.30 - 11.30am **.
**Mon-Friday**. Flexibility required within the hours. Weekend work may be required.
You will need your own vehicle and obviously licence as public transport is not readily available anyway. Start will be immediate.
