Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**VCAT**
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. **About the Role**
The Bench Clerk role reports to the Manager, Bench Clerks and is responsible for providing high level administrative frontline services for the Tribunal
The Bench Clerk will:
- Provide support to VCAT Tribunal Members and customers in preparation for and during hearings, including management of hearing rooms and associated technology resources where required.
- Support the wider VCAT operations through the completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders including customers, colleagues, management, VCAT Members and other service users.

- Possessing strong interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships with external stakeholders
- Having ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and quick to familiarise yourself with new databases and systems
