This is a new and exciting role for an experienced Finance Clerk to join a growing firm and provide integral support to the firms Business Manager.
**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Clerk/ Accounts Administrator to join a boutique Law firm that has built a team of experts in Victorian and NSW property law, commercial law, wills and estates, litigation and dispute management.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager as a Finance and Administration Clerk
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Assist the Operations Manager with the Trust Accounting in accordance with the Legal Profession Act;
- Tax, payroll, accounts payable, trust, risk management and liaison with external auditors;
- Preparing invoices;
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit crontrol; and
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**About You**
- At least **2 years experience **as an Accounts Clerk, Accounts Administrator or Finance Clerk; and
- Experience in internal accounting matters and trust accounting would be preferred but not essential.
