- Continuous improvement and transformational experience regarding the sales and marketing function
- Advanced field force management - managing a diverse, highly skilled intelligent team often geographically dispersed
- B2B knowledge including tendering and negotiation and presentation expertise
- Managing performance across a large dispersed team
- A deep commercial understanding of channel development
Key tasks:
- Strategic planning - able to partner with the local and regional CEO
- Cross functional support and liaison
- Have a keen eye for detail, always looking to develop strategies to further
- Performance management and mentoring
- Your communication and people management skills will be impeccable.
- Moderate travel required
Essential Requirements
- A relevant agree in business, engineering, marketing, or related
- 5-10 years experience in a similar role with P&L responsibility preferred
**Salary**: From $250,000.00 per year
