**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
***Lead the development and execution of the sales plan, ensuring revenue targets for specific geographies or sectors are met while aligning with the overall sales strategy and priorities.
Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales and regional teams to formulate breakthrough strategies that drive commercial growth and support product innovation.
Identify optimal routes to market to facilitate product innovation and contribute to the development of customer value propositions.
Foster strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet evolving needs and contribute to customer loyalty.
Drive the go-to-market strategy for a designated customer sector, ensuring deep understanding of customer needs and effective deployment of Survitec's offerings.
Oversee the performance of your territory, setting performance objectives for direct reports and taking corrective action when necessary.
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, nurturing their capabilities and fostering a commitment to achieving business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.
**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**:
- ** **University Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Commercial Sales Experience in the Marine Industry
- Experience in B2B Sales (Retail)
- 10 - 15 years of general experience, demonstrating expertise in sales and business development.
- 6 - 10 years of managerial experience, including planning, managing, and delivering sales targets through a team.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to anticipate complex issues and opportunities.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in managing complexity, making informed business decisions, and driving results.
- Familiarity with maritime safety and compliance solutions is a plus**.**
