**About the Role**:
Working with a dynamic team in one of Australia's fastest growing Marketing Technology companies to help clients maximise the potential of their technology investments and deliver true personalised digital experiences. The role is an exciting hybrid role combining Martech Strategy & Consulting, Technical Solution Design, Programme Management, and fostering and maintaining relationships with key senior leaders across our clients' businesses. You will work closely with some of Australia's leading brands such as Bunnings, Aesop and Myer.
The role involves consulting across our clients' tech stacks with a focus on marketing automation, personalisation, decisioning and customer data management platforms. Using your consulting and technical skills, you will work with our clients to deliver a range of strategic initiatives:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Solution Consultant for Cross Cloud Technical projects including Marketing, Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
- Manage relationship with key client stakeholders include C-Suite executives
- Pre-sales engagement with new clients to define high level solution and engagement scope
- Identify new opportunities within existing clients to maximise Tech and relationship with Bower
- Run transformation and solution workshops with clients
- Provide clients with recommendations on Marketing Technology and CRM projects
- Outcome owner for enterprise transformation projects
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proven hands-on experience delivering implementations, programmes of work and multi-channel campaigns and journeys for large organisations
- Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships
- Experience facilitating workshops with C Suite execs and multi-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable simplifying complex Technical strategies and requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience identifying opportunities to add value to existing Tech stacks
- Experience delivering large programmes of work and walking large organisations through transformative projects
- Consulting experience in Cloud SaaS and managed services market
- Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack (Engagement, Personalisation, Data Cloud), as well as other vendor stacks (Adobe, Tealium, Braze, Pega) is highly regarded but not essential
