Recruitment Administrator

**Objective**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the establishment, co-ordination and implementation of internal recruitment activities including systems, processes, and management of recruitment inbox.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Executive Director, Recruitment and the Practice Leads to provide recruitment support, and assist with meeting resource requirements for current and future engagements.
- Assist the Executive Director with Day 1 onboarding of new Synergites.
- Obtain and record interview outcomes.
- Complete ad hoc administration tasks as directed.
- Continuously improve effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Become familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Work as a team member across the wider Corporate Services area and provide support as needed.

- A high proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other corporate systems.
