We seek an experienced Admin/HR Assistant/Recruiting Admin to oversee our recruitment efforts, provide day-to-day support for all HR-related functions, and ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Management: Manage daily recruitment tasks, including applicant tracking system management, job advertising, proactive outreach to candidates, resume screening, initial interviews, and other related duties.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for human resources responsibilities, including task management, scheduling meetings, being a peer accountability partner, conducting research, creating documents, and completing special projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.
