We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment and HR Partner to join our team in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior HR Project Manager to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes and provide broader HR assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including general and bulk recruitment exercises
- Provide administrative support, planning, coordinating and scheduling various recruitment activities
- Prepare recruitment documents, such as position descriptions, advertisements and approval documents
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and provide exceptional care throughout the recruitment process
- Support selection panels, including scribing, reference checks and selection report writing as needed
- Offer expert recruitment advice aligned with internal policies and procedures
- Demonstrate leadership through personal behavior and expectations of others, maintaining high standards of service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative, organizational and coordination skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail, style, language and audience when drafting communications
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under part-time supervision to progress time-sensitive projects
- Highly developed cultural competency, deep understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, and commitment to ongoing self-development of cultural competency
This full-time, fixed-term contract offers a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum ex super, providing a competitive compensation package.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in recruitment and HR, working closely with a talented team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
