Leading service provider looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their Head Office in Sydney CBD

**Your new role**
As the new Facilities Coordinator / Administrator, your new position will include duties such as:
- Manage and maintain the SimPro system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the portfolio.
- Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
- Prepare and review all invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval.
- Respond to the reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Manage the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPI's & client expectations
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working with Maintenance Management and Facilities Support using the system SimPro. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
**What you'll get in return**
