**Your new role**
As the Facilities/Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- managing responsive repairs
- raise and monitor insurance claims
- manages access for properties for tenants and contractors
- ensure compliance with legal and statutory authorities
- monitor and maintain reporting of performance, WHS and works completed
- provide efficient customer service and advise to tenants, contractors and stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As this is a support role, you will need to organised, have strong customer service skills and able to multitask
