Corporate coordination level role - working in Brisbane CBD - fixed term contract in prestigious organisation
**Your new company**
This company is a well renowned, large facilities management provider currently working in one of Brisbane's premier high rise buildings and serving the building requirements for a multi-floored tenancy; a professional services 'white collar' & corporate business. This contract is responsible for managing soft services, catering and building maintenance in collaboration with base building Facilities team. They are looking to engage a corporate assistant to join the facilities team
**Your new role**
The role supports the team that helps to make sure that the office environment is safe, secure, clean, well maintained and fit for employees working in corporate industry.
The team helps oversee variety of subcontractors - cleaning, security, maintenance, catering etc while also providing some hands on support to keep the place running smoothly. You will get involved with:
- Customer service / concierge for tenants and guests.
- Helping with meetings, events, AV, catering management
- ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing lockers for new starters, file retrievals
- and troubleshooting minor repairs or organising trades to fix office equipment.
- Being back up person for reception when needed
**What you'll need to succeed**
**What you'll get in return**
This is a fixed term contract initially until the end of the year. The client is offering an entry level role working for their global client which is a major corporate consultancy. The role is interesting and varied and they will have lots of opportunity for customer interaction. The salary on offer is 60k + super.
