**Here’s a snapshot of your day;**
- Oversees and coordinates maintenance or repair work assignments by technicians, vendors, contractors and manage the relationships and training
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs weekly facilities inspections and prepares reports.
- May coordinate and manage move, add and change activities.
- Assists in the preparation of operating and capital budgets.
- Reviews periodic reports including financials, and explains variances.

- Experience in a similar or related role
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Logical and analytical thought processes and good problem solving skills.
- Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages
- Familiarity of financial terms and principles
