We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Facilities Coordinator t **o join our team based in **Randwick, NSW **. As a **Facilities Coordinator **, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities, contributing to their overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, contractors, and vendors, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective facility management strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility-related expenses and provide regular reports on financial performance.
- Assist in the procurement and contract management process for service providers and suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain facility-related records, including maintenance logs, service contracts, and warranty information.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this role.**:

- Proven experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
