Our client is seeking an enthusiastic full time Receptionist with public practice experience to join the dynamic administration team. In this role you’ll be maintaining the reception area, warmly meeting and greeting clients, as well as assisting the accountants with document preparation and ATO mail.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients with a friendly and professional approach
- Processing ATO mail
- Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing and ordering Office supplies
- Low level data entry and data management
- Ad hoc administration tasks
**About You**
- At least 1 year reception experience in a public practice
- Experience with Xero and the ATO Portal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to work within a team environment
