Our client is a highly reputable Accounting firm in Melbourne’s CBD. They are looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to ensure the office runs smoothly.

**The Opportunity**

In this varied role you will be the first point of contact meeting and greeting clients, ensuring a tidy reception area is maintained as well as offering administrative support to the busy accountants.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Update and maintain client database
- Booking meeting rooms
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Preparation and distribution of client correspondence
- Lodging tax returns
- Scanning and filing
- Provide administrative support to Accountants
- Ad-hoc administration as required

**About You**:

- **You will have a minimum of 18 months experience in public practice accounting**:

- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Outstanding customer service
- A “can do attitude”
- Highly organized and strong ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn
