One role in South Yarra and one in the CBD
- Must have Reception or Administration experience
We currently have 2 Property clients who are recruiting
**Receptionists / Administrators** for their businesses. One role is based in the CBD and is a leading Commercial Real Estate Group. The other role in the Inner East is for a company that services Developers.
Post covid - there isn't a lot of answering phones in either role, as most people call mobile phones nowadays (there will be occassional calls). Most of your day will involve assisting with Administration and here is an example of some of the duties you would be completing:
- Greeting customers / clients upon arrival
- Marketing - looks after the company's social media (instagram etc)
- Organise marketing for properties for sale and lease including organising photography; post listing on realcommercial etc
- Assist the sales/leasing department with administrative tasks
- Sales admin including setting up new tenants in their system
- Ad hoc tasks - mail, maintaining kitchen items, scanning, printing etc.
**To be considered for these exciting opportunities, you MUST have a background on Reception or in Administration.** You will also have exceptional verbal and written communication / customer service skills, be self-motivated with the initiative to get jobs done efficiently and effectively and have immaculate presentation and phone etiquette.
