**The company**
Our client is a thriving Accounting firm based in the CBD They provide high quality customer service to their clients and specialise in business services, tax and superannuation services.

**The role**
Due to an internal promotion they are now looking for an outgoing Entry Level Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their growing team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Welcoming clients and visitors at reception
- Answering and forwarding all incoming calls and relaying messages to staff when needed
- Processing over the phone payments
- Maintaining a tidy reception area
- Maintenance and setting up of meeting rooms and Board Room for client meetings, making team or coffee where needed
- Management and ordering of stationery and other office supplies
- Administrative support - provide services including, but not limited to, filing and scanning of documents and client records
- Mail and correspondence - incoming and outgoing, including collection, sorting and distribution to staff
- Ad hoc admin duties on request

**Skills & experience**
- **1+ years receptionist experience a must**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Solid computer skills
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Discreet and confidential at all times
- Team player willing to assist others to achieve results
- Strong attention to detail
