**The Role**

Based at Reception and working alongside a dedicated Receptionist, you'll help to manage the front of house, will do Reception relief and assist with a range of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and sort incoming mail
- Generate cover letters for clients
- Scan and save documents
- Update digital library
- Run errands including banking, local deliveries and pick-ups
- Update the database
- Maintain appropriate stationery supplies
- Assist Receptionist with meeting room coordination
- Provide Reception relief, answering calls and greeting clients during breaks and busy periods

**Experience**

This is a key role, where you'll be central to the whole team and will have scope and flexibility to learn and grow. You'll need to be well presented and have strong communication skills together with a bright, motivated attitude. Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a professional office and will be comfortable with Reception duties. Intermediate MS office skills a must.
