Working as part of our Payroll team, this Full-time opportunity is primarily responsible for leading the implementation of a new payroll and rostering system within our group whilst also working alongside our payroll team to provide successful end-to-end weekly payroll for all Wests Group Employees.**Key tasks and responsibilities will include**:

- Major duties include, but not be limited to the following:
- Accurately interpret modern awards, enterprise agreements and other conditions of employment for our employees going through the implementation process
- Root cause analysis to make recommendations on how outcomes can be achieved within product functionality.
- Liaising with current payroll / rostering team
- Participate in testing of new system
- Collate and cleanse data for migration
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Managing and coordinating the end-to-end payroll process for Wests Group employees
- Providing consistent & high-quality customer service to managers and staff on all payroll related matters
- Ensuring data integrity and quality control, meeting legislative, reporting and audit requirements
- Clubline Payroll system experience is desirable however not required
- Undertakes the production of the weekly payroll, performing consolidations, balances and dispersals.

**About you**
- With a solid background in Payroll and previous experience working in a large-scale business, you will be passionate about numbers, organised, proactive, and thrive in a detail orientated environment. This position will lead the implementation of the new payroll software within the team, previous experience in this space is highly desirable as it will require understanding of payroll processing, relevant industry awards and legislative requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to build relationships internally and externally with our stakeholders. Intermediate excel skills are essential, and exposure to payroll software.**What we offer**
