About the Client:
Our Client, Ventia has a long-term relationship with the Government and provides cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFE Colleges and Government Buildings in the Hunter, Central Coast and Western/Northern Sydney regions.

About the Role:

- 3 or 4 month contract
- Available to start ASAP
- Full time hours - Mon-Friday 38 hours per week (8am - 4pm)

Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Coordinating payment of cleaners in accordance with master roster
- Payroll timesheet administration - data entry from timesheet into SAP
- Providing support and advice to Supervisors and employees who require information regarding rosters, shift details and payroll related issues
- Checking and ensuring pays are correct and in line with timesheets and current cleaning Award

Skills / Experience
- Previous experience within the payroll industry (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasking and time, and to deliver a value for money seamless service to the Client
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the use of SAP desirable
- Proven high level of inter-personal and communication skills

This is an excellent short-term contract with a large organisation to add to your skills and experience. It will look great on your resume and opportunity to obtain a permanant role within the team
