Downer’s Transport & Infrastructure business manages and maintains road networks across Australasia, and provides civil and commercial construction in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

We are seeking an experienced **Fleet Coordinator**, to join our Workshop in **Hexham, NSW. **This role will oversee the administration tasks of the workshop and including scheduling for mobile plant and workshop movements. This role is suited for someone who is well versed in multi-tasking and deadline driven. It will include (but is not limited to) the following duties.
- Maintaining Plant and Asset records
- Accounts Payable and Accounts receipting Responsibilities i.e., Purchase Orders, Invoice Receipting.
- Payroll Timesheet Data input
- End Of Month Reconciliation
- Maintain the Heavy Vehicle Accreditation equipment maintenance records.
- Work Order Management
- Plant Check Sheet Management, Providing Compliance Report

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Plant/Fleet Administration role (Highly regarded)
- Valid Driver's Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated administrative experience with strong data entry skills,
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels,
