Accor’s Fragrance portfolio has a perfect opportunity for a **Sales Manager **based Movenpick Melbourne on Spencer to join our amazing team.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, this position is an ideal role for an experienced exemplary Business Development Executive of Business Development Manager looking to take the next step and expand their career.

**ALL about the role**:
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your properties. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.

No two days are the same, so what will you be doing?
- Solicit corporate, group and transient business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications** ALL about you**:

- Demonstrated sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry
- Sales flair will be complemented by your epic problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
- Well presented with a confident, positive and approachable demeanour
- Ability to collaborate with and effectively execute sales plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and desirably Salesforce
- Sales & Marketing or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
