**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
- Professionally manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the reception area to reflect the professional standards of the company, including keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with informational materials.
- Effectively schedule appointments and manage calendars, coordinating with team members to optimise time and resources.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
- Support administrative tasks by performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assist with special projects and tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to team success.
- Admin tasks such as leases, rent renewals, listing properties and other related property management tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate of registration in real estate (or willing to attain)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Punctuality and reliability are essential

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
