Job Description

This Administrative Assistant role plays a vital support function within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including record keeping, reception duties, and scheduling appointments. They will work closely with the Department Manager or Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Business Administration or related field an asset.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
