Despatch Administrator

**Despatch Clerk**

Our client is Australia's largest manufacturer of windows and doors, they are currently seeking an experienced Despatch Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis in the distribution facility located in St Mary's.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for the support and coordination of trucks and deliveries coming in and out of the warehouse facility on a daily basis.

Previous experience in a similar production environment essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and maintain a reliable and efficient dispatch service for all customers
- Organise transportation of customer orders as required.
- Resolve any arising problems or customer complaints and re-assign or re-schedule any return deliveries.
- Manage requests for any add on to runs for doors and mouldings and ensure they are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and distribute on a daily basis the Interstate backorder reports.
- Manage the Distribution mailbox to ensure all communications are answered in a timely manner.
- Manage customer transactions serving customers in Despatch Office.
- Manage the processing of local orders, through the Titan and associated systems.
- Call site supervisors / customers to ensure site ready for delivery and/or collection of products(s).

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Marys, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
