About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills. As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Department Manager and Director, including record keeping, receptionist duties, scheduling, and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Department Manager and Director, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff, management, and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in Business and Office Administration or similar certification from an accredited post-secondary institution OR three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
