As a grants** Establishment Officer**, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders.

**Description**

As an **APS4** **Establishment Officer**, your daily priorities will be:

- Analysis of grant information and data that will enable the production of a suite of documents to be provided to eligible service providers
- Complex data entry
- Assist with monitoring group mailboxes
- General administrative tasks as required
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Identify, document and escalate issues and risk
- Undertake a range of assurance functions to support the Establishment team
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture that engages effectively with change
- Demonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results
- Participate in business improvement projects that provide efficiency with current business processes

**Profile**
- Highly skilled users of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Offer**
