**OVERVIEW**

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking several experienced Establishment Officer to join their team at the APS4 level. Within the position you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of the Grants Establishment team.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analysis of grant information and data that will enable the production of a suite of documents (Grant Agreements) to be provided to eligible service providers
- Complex data entry
- Assist with monitoring group mailboxes
- General administrative tasks as required
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Identify, document, and escalate issues and risk
- Undertake a range of assurance functions to support the Health Grants Establishment team
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture that engages effectivity with change
- Demonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results
- Participate in business improvement projects that provide efficiencies with current business processes

**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant skills to be an effective users of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A willingness to seek support when needed and provide support to others when required
- Strong communication skills including the ability to adapt communication to the audience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to identify learning opportunities and harnesses information and opportunities to enable business led enhancements.
