**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative assistance in the management of WorkCover claims and WorkCover reports
- Determine initial liability for low risk claims
- Manage low risk claims
- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders

**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for an individual who not only excels in customer service and stakeholder management but also possess a continuous improvement mindset. Your ability to influence, collaborate, and proactively solve problems will be highly valued. Additionally, strong verbal and written communication skills will allow you to effectively communicate and make a significant impact in this role.

You will also have:

- Relevant qualifications or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with injured workers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to contribute as a team member, to ensure that the best possible outcomes are identified and implemented
