**About the Role**
As the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Analyst, working under the general direction of the Portfolio Manager you will play an integral role in driving project and portfolio outcomes.
- You will be responsible for leading and managing portfolio processes and outputs, coordinating with governance forum members, and managing external vendor relationships, ensuring that all activities are geared towards achieving the desired portfolio outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
**Outcome-driven portfolio management**: Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting on the project portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, with an emphasis on achieving project outcomes. Develop and manage resource allocation plans and budgets that are aligned with expected outcomes. Monitor portfolio progress and performance, regularly updating stakeholders on the status of the broader portfolio achievements.
**Outcome-oriented process improvement**: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of PMO processes, systems, and services with a focus on enhancing project workflow, delivery effectiveness, and outcome achievement**Who we are looking for**
We’re looking for an analyst with a wide-ranging knowledge of project management and project/portfolio management office, hands-on experience in Portfolio and PMO functions, and a proven track record of driving portfolio results. You will be able to draw on your advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to achieve project outcomes.

Working knowledge of Finance, IT Systems, Change Management, and People and Culture domains will provide a significant advantage in this role.

You will also have:
- Postgraduate qualification in project management (PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, PMBOK, PMP, Agile) or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.-
- Proven experience in a portfolio or program office or on large, complex programs, with a track record of achieving project outcomes.-
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and processes.- Excellent organisational, time management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
