**Position Overview**

As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Secure Mobility. You will be working to the Head of Operations, providing project support and working collaboratively with the Secure Mobility teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. You will take on the responsibility as the lead client manager for specified clients as directed by the Head of Operations, ensuring that the client is professionally supported from initial opportunity discussion to enduring support arrangements.

This role is a key part of the Secure Mobility Business Unit who are responsible for providing solutions giving our clients access to classified and highly sensitive information from mobile devices.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the Head of Operations to execute business plans that meets strategic and operational goals, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist with compiling and delivering BU monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with teams across the business unit to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate project tasks and activities, ensuring proper communication and collaboration among team members.
- Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance measurement systems to evaluate and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage client relations ensuring a professional demeanor and efficient service is provided.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and key clients to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services, and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures, guidelines, and manuals.
- Other tasks as directed within the persons skills, competency, experience, and capabilities.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- Demonstrated work experience in a business operation and / or project management role, or the willingness and ability to learn.
- Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and at all levels.
- Experience working with MS Office products with a core focus on excel and project software tools.
