About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing safety and operational excellence.

As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) and Facilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safety of visitors and staff through effective SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update SOPs for ECO and Facilities, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to current operations.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and collaborate on project goals.
  • Analyse and report on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Work independently or under limited direction to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Deliverables
  • Develop a programme of works to review and update SOPs for ECO and Facilities, with agreed timeframes to be established upon contract commencement.
  • Initially engage with teams to gather information and better understand the timeframes for completing works.
