**The Role**

As a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant at Tambla, your role is to provide consulting services and solutions to our customers through fresh thinking, high performance, and a
**commitment to quality.**

**Working with an exceptional team, your role will include but not be limited to**:

- Providing consulting services to customers/businesses based on best practices
- Configure, support and implement Tambla Microster services and solutions
- WFM requirements analysis, solution design and documentation, testing and Training
- Analytical support, investigation, resolution and troubleshooting of production issues
- Create and maintain process and configuration documentation as per Tambla’s project implementation and consulting standards
- Liaising with customers, building strong rapport and business relationships with customers
- Working with multiple technical/functional teams to ensure the customer system is supported
- Assist in the development of the Tambla Microster Professional Services capability through actively mentoring team members on how to do, writing work instructions and knowledge base articles and running ad-hoc and schedule training sessions

**What you’ll bring**:

- A solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards
- 2+ years experience as a WFM consultant
- A proven record in consulting and stakeholder management with some training
- Strong analytical, problem solving and client facing confidence
- Knowledge and experience in any relational Database Management System would be a bonus
- Experience in Rostering, HR and/or payroll (ideally)
