About the Role:
Our Fundraising department has a permanent, full time, vacancy for a Team Administrator to join their Blackburn, Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements. If you are an admin superstar and pride yourself on your attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise and have excellent MS Office skills plus a “can do” attitude we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide admin assistance to the Fundraising team nationally
- Assist with correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal communications
- Provide ad hoc support with data entry on Blackbaud CRM
- Assist with People & Culture events such as staff birthdays and other milestones
- On-boarding and off-boarding employees
- Monitor, respond and redirect queries from multiple shared mailboxes
- Assist and support with the co-ordination of events throughout the year
- Reimbursement requests and invoices for payment
- Support with Travel bookings
- Purchasing office supplies to ensure items are available as needed
- General administration tasks are completed accurately and on time

About you:

- Experience in Fundraising would be highly regarded
- A strong team focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with people of all backgrounds
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills
