**Office Administrator**

Our client is long established in the commercial and industrial industry providing infrastructure supplies for projects for local councils and private utilities.

They now have a great opportunity for an experienced **Office Administrator** to join their busy team

MUST have experience with HR and WHS

**This is a permanent role Monday to Friday. 8am-5pm and based in Hemmant.**

**Duties are but not limited to**:

- **Accounts** - general bookkeeping using MYOB
- **Human Resources** - Employee and sub-contractor support
- **Workplace Health and Safety**:

- developing and reviewing SWMS
- Assisting with Contracts Administrator
- Coordinating Staff training schedules and inductions
- Troubleshooting & general administration
- Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
- General office duties
- **MUST HAVE Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word experience**:

- **HR or WHS qualification advantageous**:

- A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Australian Working rights
- 2 x work related references
- Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
