**Job Title: Help Desk Officer**

**Contract Length: 3 Months**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Help Desk Officer, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and troubleshooting user devices. Proficiency in InTune, Active Directory, Office365 administration, and Exchange is essential to excel in this role.

**Job Requirements**:

- Provide first-level support to end-users
- Troubleshoot user devices effectively
- Administer InTune, Active Directory, Office365, and Exchange
